Doting Mother

Naruto and his mother Kushina. She's embarrassing him by hugging him while resting her chin on his head. Naruto isn't upset, just not use to this kind of attention. I'm sure he's thinking "What if Sakura-chan or the others see this?" Don't worry Naruto, all mothers dote.

Naruto was the hardest to draw. I had to look all over hell and creation for a pic of him without his headband and/or wet hair. His headband alters his bangs, and i didn't want to draw him with the headband. Lucky the awesome *BotanofSpiritWorld had the one picture on all of the internet of a headbandless naruto with dry hair. I tried for Shippuden age Naruto, not really sure if I got it but I'm happy with it.

The hardest thing about drawing Kushina was bending her hair on Naruto's. His hair is just so spiky and hard. I used this [link] for a reference of Kushina since I've never drawn her before (i have draw Naruto, just not good ¬.¬; ). No I didn't trace the pic; Kushina has a very simple design. All I had to do was look at it from time to time. I drew her before Minato, and she took 8 minutes to get done.
